Membership

Eurovironment is an approved recycling company for all types of electronics. Members have resolved their producer under the Norwegian WEEE regulations.

Eurovironment maintains affiliated members' obligations to the government and serve members from all kinds of industries  in Norway. All our members have free transport services for their  WEEE.

Cost of membership
The cost will cover the collection, treatment and depolution of the products.

Eurovironment bill members on a quarterly basis for the operation of the recycling schemes. Each member's collection obligation (producer) is calculated on the basis of an average net commodity supply for the previous two quarters. This means that the invoice for the current quarter , is the producer responsible for the previous quarter.

The calculations done by the EE- register
We will receive import and export statistics from Customs for all companies who import WEEE into Norway. Net import statistics are for each company categorized in defined groups and the cost is calculated per group and total for each business. These numbers are devided on to each member producer by the EE-registre and are the binding volumes Eurovironment shall collect and recycle for its members .

In addition, we charge our memebers a small fixed amount for management of the producer responsibility scheme.
